Senior Dreamers - 1 hour session - 4 piece apparatus based - general gymnastics

Dreams Gymnastics offers mixed ability apparatus based fun, friendly, safe and engaging recreational gymnastics classes for children 10.5yrs+. Using games and equipment to create a fun and safe atmosphere using floor apparatus such as beams, bars and vaulting equipment during weekly sessions.

This session is 60 minutes long and is suitable for beginner gymnasts or those that may have done gymnastics previously.

In our sessions we will work on a mixture of floor, vault, trampette, beams and bars with added extras such as inflatable tracks and rolls!

We understand that children all develop at different rates and take this into account when preparing our sessions. If your child is developing quickly or if they have come to us with some gymnastics experience, we will adapt the sessions to make them fun, challenging, but most of all SAFE!

We believe that competition is a good thing and therefore gymnasts in this group will be encouraged to take part internal and external competitions where possible.

We also appreciate that not all children want to compete, so we will be introducing an award scheme to recognise our gymnasts hard work!
